Shipping Policy

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact our customer support team at yamaticpower@gmail.com and provide your order number along with the reason for the return. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please also include photos to help us process your request faster.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.
